Andrew Spence Design specializes in the home extension and alteration market providing high quality drawings for planning and building warrant approvals. Our system is a simplified architectural process with fixed rate fees agreed at the start of a project allowing you to start your project with piece of mind that all necessary permissions are in place.

Our initial home consultation is free of charge with no obligation. At this consultation we will advise you on the feasibility of your proposals and provide you an insight to planning and building warrant requirements.

Using the latest computer aided design 3D software we will provide you with drawings that are fully understandable to even the least technical person. Customers comment that there are no surprises when the work starts on site because the 3D images are easier to understand compared to the more traditional 2D floor plans and elevations.

Free revisions and free re-submissions

Unlike other companies Andrew Spence Design will revise your plans until you are 100% happy with the design. In the unlikely event that your planning application is refused we will redesign and re-submit your application free of charge.
